The original A-Team

Tieing in to when the new big-screen movie The A-Team hit theaters, the original The A-Team television series arrived on DVD in a Complete Series set on June 8, 2010.

Who needs Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper, Sharlto Copley and Quinton ‘Rampgae’ Jackson (respectively playing Col. John “Hannibal” Smith, Lt. Templeton “Faceman” Peck, Capt. “Howling Mad” Murdock and Sgt. Bosco “B.A.” Baracus in the new A-Team movie) when you can have George Peppard, Dirk Benedict, Dwight Schultz and Mr. T from the 1980s TV show?

In the show, after being framed for a crime they didn’t commit, four Vietnam veterans evade the military while helping the innocent.

Universal Studios Home Entertainment packaged all the episodes of the classic show in a 25-disc set in the shape of the A-Team’s black van. Cool, huh?
