Throughout 2010, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment celebrated the 75th birthday of the studio with the Blu-ray debut of a lineup of classic movies, including The Sound of Music, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Alien Anthology. On Dec. 7, the birthday fun culminated with the release of the whopping 20th Century Fox 75th Anniversary DVD Gift Set
Priced at $499.98, the three-volume DVD set includes 75 of the studio’s movies from the past 25 years. Forty-six of the films won Academy Awards, and seven the Oscar for Best Picture: Cavalcade, How Green Was My Valley, All About Eve, The Sound of Music, Patton, The French Connection and Slumdog Millionaire.
The included movies cover all genres, from comedy to drama, science-fiction to war, religious to biography.
