New Release: The 19th Wife DVD

The 19th Wife movie sceneGrey’s Anatomy’s Chyler Leigh headlines the TV drama movie The 19th Wife, which debuted on DVD on April 19, 2011, from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

In the film, BeckyLyn (Brothers & Sisters‘ Patricia Wetting), a member of a polygamist sect, is accused of killing her husband. But her excommunicated son (Matt Czuchry, TV’s The Good Wife) tries to prove her innocence and teams up with another woman in the fundamentalist sect, Queenie (Leigh), who’s also his childhood sweetheart.

The murder mystery movie, which aired on Lifetime, is based on the novel of the same name by author David Ebershoff.

Sony didn’t put any special features on the DVD.
