New Release: Brotherhood Blu-ray and DVD

Brotherhood movie

Lou Taylor Pucci has an inconvenient run-in at the convenience store in Brotherhood.

Phase 4 Films released the fraternity crime thriller movie Brotherhood on Blu-ray and DVD on May 17, 2011.

Co-written and directed by Will Canon, Brotherhood takes the frat boy genre and turns it into something uglier. The film revolves around college student Adam Buckley (Trevor Morgan, Jurassic Park III), who finds himself in the middle of a convenience store robbery during his last night as a pledge for a college fraternity. When the initiation ritual goes horribly wrong and everything starts falling apart, Adam is forced to choose between his new brothers or his ethics.

Co-starring Jon Foster (Tenderness) and Lou Taylor Pucci (Brief Interviews With Hideous Men), Brotherhood was the winner of the Audience Award at the SXSW Film Festival in 2010. The independent film subsequently received a limited release to theaters in the U.S. this past February.

A slew of bonus features are on the DVD and Blu-ray (which each are priced at $29.99) and here they are:
