The neo-noir thriller The American Side stars Greg Stuhr as a private detective whose investigation into a mysterious suicide leads him to unravel a conspiracy involving a long-lost design by scientist Nikola Tesla.

Directed by Jenna Ricker and co-starring Matthew Broderick ( Ferris Bueller’s Day Off), Camilla Belle (Father of Invention), Janeane Garofalo (Love Hurts) and Alicja Bachleda (The Girl is in Trouble), the film also features appearances by genre fan favorites Robert Forster (Jackie Brown) and Robert Vaughn (TV’s The Man From U.N.C.L.E.), and a musical score by composer David Shire (All the President’s Men, The Conversation).

Released by The Orchard digitally and On Demand earlier this year, the unrated mystery film got some positive attention from the critics when it hit theaters in April, garnering a 6.2/10 rating at Rotten Tomatoes based on 12 published reviews.
