Adapted from the bestselling novel by Michael Zadoorian, Italian director Paolo Virzì’s (Like Crazy) first English language film tells the story of the aging John (Sutherland) and Ella Spencer (Mirren) as they embark on one last road trip from Boston to the Hemingway House in the Florida Keys in their trusty recreational vehicle, a ’75 Winnebago Indian they have christened “The Leisure Seeker.”  Faced with more caregiving than they care to accept—her for Alzheimer’s and she for cancer—John  and Ella resolve to enjoy their freedom of one before their health issues catch up with them.
