Deep Red, the 1975  “giallo” shocker film by Dario Argento (The Bird With the Crystal Plumage), returns in a super-duper special edition Blu-ray from Arrow Video, a company that never encountered an Argento film they didn’t love.

Starring David Hemmings (Blow-Up), Daria Nicolodi (Shock) and Gabriele Lavia (Beyond the Door, Inferno), Deep Red spins the tale of an English jazz pianist living in Rome who witnesses the brutal hatchet murder of a renowned psychic and is quickly drawn into the savage crime. With the help of a tenacious female reporter (Nicolodi), the two follow a twisted trail of deranged clues and relentless violence to solve the bloody mystery.
