Kim Basinger (9 1/2 Weeks) stars as a legendary cat thief in the slick 1993 crime thriller The Real McCoy, directed by Russell Mulcahy (Highlander, Ricochet).

After six long years in prison for a foiled bank robbery, Karen McCoy (Basinger) wants nothing more than to turn her life around. But her hopes are soon shattered: No one will hire her, she’s stuck with a sleazy parole officer, and her ex-husband has told their son that she’s dead. To make matters worse, crime lord Jack Schmidt (Terence Stamp, The Adjustment Bureau) is forcing her to pull off a seemingly impossible $18 million bank job with the full knowledge that once she hands over the cash, she’s history.

Cult filmmaker Mulcahy brings his customary slickness to the production, which co-stars Val Kilmer (Heat) as J.T. Barker, an eager but inept would-be thief Karen recruits for help.

Blu-ray extras include a new audio commentary by director Mulcahy.
