Allison Case (The Young Pope) and Zachary Booth (Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist) star in the 2012 horror-thriller The Blue Eyes.

Karen Fisher (Case) and Paul Henderson (Booth), a young American couple, travels to Chiapas, Mexico for vacation. While there, they have a run-in with Yaxte (Ofelia Medina, Frida), a mysterious shape-shifting witch. Soon, the couple is beset by stray dogs, hallucinations, fevers, nightmares and earthly temptations, and a wedge is driven deep between them. Can the couple escape their strange encounters with the supernatural? Better yet: Are the sins of their forbears to blame for a terrifying Mayan curse?

Presented  in English, Spanish and Tzotzil (with optional English subtitles), the unrated film is written and directed by New York based-Mexican Eva Ardijis (Narcos: Mexico) and shot on location in Chiapas.
