Film Chest Media Group will release Blonde: The Marilyn Stories in a special-edition, three-film collector’s DVD set on December 6.

Poppy Montgomery is Marilyn Monroe in Blonde (2001)

Included are three films featuring outstanding portrayals of Marilyn Monroe: Blonde (2001) a two-part, fictionalized biopic starring Poppy Montgomery, based upon the novel by Joyce Carol Oates; and Marilyn and Me (1991), a dramatic feature starring Susan Griffiths; and Goodbye Norma Jean (1976) with Misty Rowe, the first-ever exploitative biopic, originally deemed a questionable release due to its salacious nature.

Bonus features in this collection include the following:
–Marilyn (1986), a documentary short with Mike Wallace
–The Legend of Marilyn Monroe (1967), a short film narrated by John Huston and featuring Lauren -footage of Marilyn’s first-ever television appearance
