- Robin Dunne Video Diary
- “Anatomy of an Episode”
- and, exclusive to Blu-ray, Interactive Green Screen Episode
The season one Blu-ray has the same extras as the DVD plus the Blu-ray exclusive Interactive Green Scene Episode of the 90-minute pilot. The others extras are the original Sanctuary Webisodes, three making-of featurettes and a behind-the-scenes photo gallery.
The sets come about a month before Comic-Con 2010, and Sanctuary promises to be at the show. The discs also will be promoted with a national radio campaign, online exposure and print advertising, not to mention ads on broadcast channel Syfy, where the show airs.
Lifetime sitcoms Sherri: The Complete Season One and Rita Rocks: The Complete Season One, starring comedienne Sherri Shepherd (Everybody Loves Raymond) and Nicole Sullivan (The King of Queens), respectively, bowed April 27, 2010, through A&E.
Sherri is a two-DVD set priced at $19.95, and Rita Rocks has three DVDs for $24.95.
On May 4, 2010, the Golden Globe and Emmy-winning drama television series Marcus Welby, M.D. finally bowed on disc. Season one has all 26 episodes in a seven-DVD set priced at $49.97.
The medical drama series from the late-1960s, 70s, stars Robert Young and James Brolin, father of No Country for Old Men‘s Josh Brolin.
The DVD set, which is distributed by NBC Universal Television and Shout! Factory, also offers the two-hour pilot “A Matter Of Humanities.”
What other tv shows do you enjoy ? I was a big fan of prison break , to bad it’s over now 🙁
I’m a total geek for sci-fi stuff. The original Stargate SG-1 is still a guilty pleasure for me, although I haven’t been too impressed with the new Stargate Universe. It’s like the producers are trying to make it into Battlestar Galactica, but it’s not as good as BG and is moving away from the spirit of the original Stargate. Right now, I’m really enjoying the fun of Chuck, hanging onto Lost just out of curiousity, intrigued by Flash Forward and having a great laugh over Modern Family.
