Our Family Wedding movie scene with Forest Whitaker and Carlos MenciaForest Whitaker (My Own Love Song) and comedian Carlos Mencia movie Our Family Wedding was released on DVD and Blu-ray on July 13, 2010, by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment.

The film is a culture clash comedy about two overbearing fathers (Whitaker and Mencia) trying to get along to plan their children’s quick wedding (Meet the Browns‘ Lance Gross and Ugly Betty‘s America Ferrera). Regina King (This Christmas) and Diana-Maria Riva (17 Again) also star.

Whitaker most recently starred in the sci-fi movie Repo Men with Jude Law, and Mencia is best known from his TV show Mind of Mencia.

The PG-13 movie grossed close to $20 million during its theatrical run after being panned by critics. Rotten Tomatoes reports that Our Family Wedding has an average 16% approval rating.

Both the DVD and Blu-ray of this PG-13 movie include a gag reel, the featurette “Til Dads Do Us Part,” six deleted scenes including a director’s cut ending and two extended scenes.

The DVD was priced at $29.98 and Blu-ray at $39.99.
