2000 DVD premiere animated movie Batman Beyond: The Return of the Joker made its high-definition Blu-ray debut on April 5, 2011, from Warner Home Video.
The first feature-length film from the Batman Beyond TV series, Return of the Joker stars the voices of Angie Harmon (TV’s Rizzoli & Isles), Dean Stockwell (TV’s Battlestar Galactica), Teri Garr (Close Encounters of the Third Kind), Melissa Joan Hart (TV’s Melissa & Joey) and Mark Hamill (Star Wars).
In the PG-13 movie, the new Batman, Terry McGinnis (Will Friedle, TV’s Batman: The Brave and the Bold), tries to uncover the Joker’s (Hamill) secrets and discovers the greatest mystery of the original Caped Crusader: what happened the night he fought the Joker for the last time.
