Bad Teacher movie scene

Modern education: Cameron Diaz nurses her hangover in Bad Teacher.

Bad Teacher features both the R-rated version screened in theaters and an unrated edition of the film on Blu-ray, DVD and a Blu-ray/DVD Combo pack.

The irreverently funny and frequently raunchy film stars Cameron Diaz (The Green Hornet) as a sexy but wildly inappropriate and scheming instructor with her own unique ideas about educating America’s youth.

The unrated version of the movie includes some six minutes of footage not seen in theaters.

Directed by Jake Kasdan (Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story) and co-starring Justin Timberlake (The Social Network), Jason Segel (Gulliver’s Travels) and Lucy Punch (Dinner for Schmucks), the comedy has grossed $100 million at the domestic box office since its release in theaters in late June, 2011.

Here’s a list of the bonus materials on the Blu-ray and DVD:

  • deleted scenes
  • outtakes
  • “Way Behind the Scenes With Jason and Justin” featurette
  • “Raising More Than Funds” featurette

And here’s a break-down of the bonus features that are exclusive to the Blu-ray:

  • gag reel
  • “JAMS Yearbook-Hidden Moments” interactive yearbook featuring outtakes with the cast
  • three additional behind-the-scenes featurettes:
    • “A Very Odd Blacksmith Story”
    • “Swimming With the Dolphins”
    • “Good Teacher”
  • Sony’s MovieIQ
