Jeff, Who Lives At Home movie scene

Jason Segel is Jeff, Who Lives At Home.

Two brothers with very different ways of looking at the world come together to help each other in the 2011 comedy film Jeff, Who Lives At Home.

Jason Segel (The Muppets) stars as the hapless title character, a slacker named Jeff who, as he stumbles towards enlightenment, attempts to uncover answers to his nagging family’s problems. Meanwhile, Jeff’s older brother Pat (Ed Helms, Cedar Rapids) is going through a mid-life crisis while suspecting his wife (Judy Greer, The Descendants) may be committing adultery. Trying to keep her cool through all this is Jeff and Pat’s long-suffering mother (Susan Sarandon, The Greatest), who may be on the verge of finding love for the first time since the death of her husband.

Written and directed by Mark and Jay Duplass (Cyrus), who are known for their improvisatory approach towards their comedies, the R-rated film received a limited release to approximately 250 screen in U.S. theaters in March, 2012. It rang up some $4.2 million at the box office and received largely favorable reviews from critics.

No bonus features have been announced.
