Absolutely Fabulous 20th Anniversary SpecialsIf there’s one thing we’re grateful for, it’s more Absolutely Fabulous. For the TV show’s 20th birthday, Edina (Jennifer Saunders, Shrek 2) and Patsy (Joanna Lumley, Late Bloomers) returned for three new specials.

Aired in 2011 and 2012, the new Absolutely Fabulous BBC specials find the fashionistas playing their own part in the 2012 London Olympics, Eddy setting her sights on changing the career of a very big fish and one of the characters having a life-changing experience.

Also returning to the British comedy were Eddy’s bookish daughter Saffy (Julia Sawalha, TV’s Cranford), Eddy’s off the wall assistant (Jane Horrocks, TV’s The Amazing Mrs. Pritchard) and Eddy’s cunning mother Mrs. Monsoon (June Whitfield, TV’s Last of the Summer Wine).

The 20-year-old television show, which was created by British comedian Saunders, originally aired from 1992 to 2004 and quickly built up a loyal fanbase on both sides of the pond — well-deserved. Welcome back, Eddy and Pats. We love you!
