Famed director Martin Scorsese (Hugo) exposes the corrupt underbelly of stockbrokers in The Wolf of Wall Street.
The biography movie stars Leonardo DiCaprio (Inception) as Jordan Belfort, the real-life stockbroker who built an empire of a company and made millions through crime and corruption.
Inspired by techniques learned from Mark Hanna (Matthew McConaughey, Dallas Buyers Club), Belfort gets help from Donnie Azoff (Jonah Hill, Moneyball) and father Max Belfort (Rob Reiner, Flipped). But the FBI, in the form of Agent Patrick Denham (Kyle Chandler, Super 8), is out to bring them all down.

Although most critics agree that The Wolf of Wall Street is overlong (179 minutes, to be exact), they still liked it to the tune of 77% approval, according to Rotten Tomatoes. Moviegoers rated it higher at 83%, so it’s no surprise the film grossed $111 million in theaters.
The DVD has no extras, and the Blu-ray/DVD Combo has just two:
- featurette “The Wolf Pack,” with Scorsese, DiCaprio, Hill and others talking about the making of the movie
- and downloadable digital copy of the movie.
