Walken, Arkin and Pacino team up for the crime comedy Stand Up Guys.

Academy Award winners Al Pacino (Carlito’s Way), Christopher Walken ($5 a Day) and Alan Arkin (Argo) star in the 2012 crime comedy film Stand Up Guys.

Released from prison after serving 28 years, aging gangster Val (Pacino) reunites with his old friend and partner Doc (Walken). Val correctly guesses that Doc has been ordered by a long-time crime boss to kill Val by 10:00 AM the next day. That said, Doc sets out to make Val’s apparent last living day the biggest adventure of both their lives.

Directed by Fisher Stevens, the movie co-stars Julianna Margulies (TV’s The Good Wife), Vanessa Ferlito (Grindhouse) and Lucy Punch (Bad Teacher).

The R-rated Stand Up Guys, which will have an early Video on Demand window beginning May 7, chalked up generally affectionate reviews (for its cast, in particular) upon its limited release to U.S. theaters in February, 2012, where it grossed some $3.2 million.
